Our customers have up to three (3) days to report any damages or misprints with the product after it has been delivered. If damaged or misprinted contact us a soon as you can within the three day period at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will not accept any refund , exchanges or store credit requests after the three day period as stated above.
To be accepted for a refund you must keep all original packaging and receipts.

- Orders placed before 6PM GMT will have untill 6PM the same day to cancel or amend there order.
- Orders placed after 6PM will have untill 6PM the following day or previous day will be allowed to amend or cancel untill 6PM GMT.
It is at the buyers discretion and responsibility to make sure they read and understand this before they place an order.
It is at the buyers discretion for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When shipping your returned item in the off chance it is lost in transit you must bring it up with the shipping provider as we are not liable for this until we confirm it has arrived with us and if is lost we will not compensate you for your order total it will be at the discretion of the Delivery Agent .
